Job Title: Retail Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Retail Customer Support Executives to assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and issue resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, or email

Requirements
- No CCE experience required
- C1 CEFR English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
