We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives for our Non-voice account! Fresh Grads, Newbies, and Tenured agents are welcome to apply. Must be at least High School graduate old or new curriculum and willing to start ASAP. Tips for the final interview and assessment will be provided!
Your responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, using problem-solving skills to address concerns.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Monitoring and managing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
