We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team! The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing accurate assistance.

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support objectives.

Qualifications:

• Good to Excellent communication skills
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
