WORK ONSITE: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with or without BPO experience
- College undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO Experience
- SHS graduate with at least 1 year BPO experience
- Amenable to work onsite and start asap
