- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, technical skills, and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, often involving extended periods on the phone.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
