- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in call center operations, back office support, technical skills, problem-solving, scheduling, and customer service. Strong English language skills, sales pitching, and closure capabilities.
