- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Assist with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, call center experience is a plus, scheduling abilities.
