Position: Vietnamese Speaking Technical Support 

• Industry: IT/BPO Company
• Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 Monthly
• Location: Quezon City or Pasig City

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer the technical inquiries of users via email, chat and calls 
• Assist the users on how to escalate the technical issues about the application.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges in timely manner
• Responsible for identifying, providing resolution and reporting the technical concerns.
