We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 6 months of experience in Voice International Account.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat support.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
• Accurately process orders, returns, and service requests.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

Work set-up: Onsite only

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Level/Graduate
• 6 months solid CSR Experience in Pure Voice International Account (REQUIRED)
