Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, strong English communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, and a team player.
