Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in furnishing the units for Airbnb
• Upload the listings and edit info in Airbnb for booking
• Manage incoming inquiries during office hours(9-6) and out of office hours. (6pm-10pm, not standing by, but need to reply)
• Record the income and submit to finance,
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualification:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
• MUST be knowledgeable or have an experience with AGODA, BOOKING.COM, TRIP and AirBnb
• Strong complaint handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• CAN WORK ON NIGHT SHIFT OR SHIFTING SCHEDULE ON ROTATION BASIS
• WILLING TO BE ASSIGN IN ASEANA, PARANAQUE
• CAN START ASAP
