Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound voice calls from customers regarding DTV streaming services
• Support customers with account-related concerns, including billing, subscriptions, and service enhancements
• Provide technical assistance for streaming concerns such as login issues, buffering, device compatibility, and internet connectivity
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while delivering excellent customer service
• Accurately record customer interactions, call details, and resolutions in the system
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Achieve or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
• Recommend or upsell applicable products and services when appropriate

Qualifications

• Open to all qualified applicants
• Any educational background accepted
• With or without BPO or call center experience
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and system navigation skills
