As a Customer Service Associate for our Online Shopping & E-Commerce account in Palayan, and you'll be handling problems with orders, tracking down missing items, and resolving return or refund issues. Your quick thinking and customer-first approach will ensure that every shopper receives the support they need, exactly when they need it.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting their devices
• Address customer queries via phone, email, and web chat using the business services system
• Identify customer needs, clarify technical information, research issues, and provide solutions
• Maintain expertise in products, services, wireless mesh networking solutions, soft skills, and email etiquette when responding to customer requests on the website

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

• Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
