- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Process orders and maintain customer records accurately.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements for services and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
