Job Description

Concentrix is hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for Telco, Travel, and Sales accounts. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
• Document customer interactions properly in the system
• Meet performance metrics and attendance requirements

Qualifications

Open to any educational background

No work experience required (experience is an advantage)

Good communication skills in English

Willing to work onsite in Alabang

Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts
