POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with or without BPO experience
- At least completed 2nd year college undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
