  • We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Alabang site.
  • The role involves assisting US-based clients with inquiries and transactions, particularly in the mortgage and financial services industry.
  • Competitive salary awaits qualified candidates.
  1. Experience as a Mortgage Associate, Processor, or CSR in US mortgage (Originations, Servicing, Default, etc.) preferred
  2. 1-3 yr working experience
  3. Background in banking, loans, collections, insurance, or other US financial accounts is an advantage
  4. Strong phone and customer interaction skills required
  5. Willing to undergo virtual interview and assessment
