Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, social media, and website
• Provide accurate information about laboratory services and procedures
• Assist patients with scheduling, follow-ups, and general concerns
• Coordinate and relay patient concerns to the appropriate department
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
• Handle multiple tasks and platforms efficiently
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google applications
• Able to multi-task and manage various contact platforms (Landline, mobile, email, social media,website)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong decision making skills and problem solver
