Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep up with product updates and service protocols.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency and interpersonal skills.
