Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Metro Manila

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Customer Service Manager


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or other software tools.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics such as call handling time, satisfaction scores, etc.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a team and take initiative.


Working Conditions:

  • Office-based or hybrid setup, depending on company policy.
  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
