Description
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints from Spanish-speaking clients.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Help customers resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid passport and work visa (for foreign nationals).
- Prior BPO experience in a customer service environment is required.
- Preferably possesses a Training Certificate or Diploma (must be translated into English).
