handles customer inquiries via phone call providing solutions, resolving complaints, processing requests, and maintaining high satisfaction by actively listening, communicating empathetically, documenting interactions accurately, and adhering to company/client guidelines, often while working in shifts and using multiple computer applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries (inbound/outbound) via calls, email, or chat, focusing on first-call resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions or process orders, forms, and requests.
  • Communication: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Data Management: Handle sensitive customer data securely and document all interactions and transactions in databases.
  • Process Adherence: Follow company policies, procedures, and client guidelines, utilizing central databases for information.
  • Performance: Meet schedule adherence, productivity goals, and service level agreements (SLAs).
