Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage call center operations including incoming calls and follow-ups.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed customer service goals.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience with customer support systems and call center operations is a plus but not required
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience and ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with a delightful approach to customer service
