- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting call targets.
- Document interactions and follow-up as necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and start ASAP.
- Proficiency in handling high call volumes.
