As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers through phone, chat, or email. You will assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting while ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
  • Document customer interactions properly in the system
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Meet performance and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • At least High School (old curriculum)/ Senior High School graduate
  • With or without BPO/call center experience
  • Basic communication skills in English
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
