Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and general concerns
• Provide excellent customer support via phone, chat, or email
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Handle customer requests with professionalism and patience

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience – Newbies welcome!
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
