CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of customer service or phone-based experience (preferred). Newbies are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable or familiar with Preview Dialer outbound calling system (preferred).
  • Willingness to work night shifts or rotating schedules


Communication Skills

Spoken English Proficiency:

o  Delivers clear, articulate, concise, and easily understood communication during live calls.

o  Maintains consistent tone, natural pacing, and professional delivery throughout conversations.


Listening &Comprehension:

o  Accurately understands customer responses, takes actions to verify understanding during conversations, and follows call flows or scripts with minimal guidance.


Written Communication:

o  Summarizes calls with proper grammar, clear sentence structure, and professional language in BDC Angel and dealership schedulers.    


Empathy & Responsiveness:

o  Adjusts tone and responses based on customer behavior, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

o  Able to recognize and understand a customer’s emotions, concerns, and situation—and respond in a way that shows care, patience, and professionalism.


Technical Skills

Computer Proficiency:

o  Comfortable using a computer for call handling, note-taking, and navigating multiple windows. 


TechnicallyAdaptable:

o  Quick to learn new tools, including dealership schedulers, customer management systems (CRM) and preview dialers, with proper training.
