Location: Valero Street, Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 MN (includes lunch break)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN, Monday to Saturday).
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
