Job Description
- Coordinate and manage patient recall efforts and referral tracking to ensure continuity of care.
- Schedule patient appointments accurately based on provider availability and patient needs.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic health records and other systems.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments and assist patients with questions related to coverage.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal departments to facilitate a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
