A fast-growing e-commerce grocery platform dedicated to making grocery shopping faster, easier, and more convenient for every household. Looking for a Customer Service Agent who is proactive, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers—resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle order-related concerns, including delivery issues, refunds, product questions, and account management.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using internal tools or CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to improve service processes, product offerings, and overall customer experience.
• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone in all customer interactions.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or food/grocery industries.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Filipino).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, chat tools, and email platforms.
• A graduate with a bachelor's degree.
• Customer-focused mindset with patience and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City and in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
