Description

  • Provide technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with audio equipment, software, or connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio-related problems including sound distortion, device pairing, driver conflicts, and app integration.
  • Guide users through setup processes, firmware updates, and optimal configuration for audio performance.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with engineering or escalation teams for unresolved technical issues and follow up with customers promptly.
