 College graduate

 1–2 years in Healthcare service, Healthcare BPO, Claims or LOA coordination

 Basic medical terminology, privacy, and data handling standards

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, fast and accurate typing and

documentation

 Effective communication, good leadership, customer service-oriented

 Licensure: No professional license required

 Amenable to night shift and shifting schedules

 Able to work from home when needed
