Job Details:
- Salary: RM2,500 To RM 2,800
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 6.30 PM
- Off Day: Saturday
- Rest Day: Sunday

Requirements:
- Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, well-organized, and customer-oriented
- ⁠Able to travel up to twice per year for business purposes (China)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, or messages
- Provide clear and professional explanations of products and services
- Manage customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions
- Update customer records and prepare daily reports
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
