Qualifications:

College Graduate (with or without experience)

Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months of any work experience

Has a good customer service orientation.

Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Has good analytical skills.

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.

Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Willing to work onsite.

15K Basic Salary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone (voice support) in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries related to account information, services, billing, and general concerns
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while following company policies and procedures
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy and security standards
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings as required
