About the Role


We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. 


As a Customer Support Associate, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks, and processing various invoices. You will also handle sign-off tickets and insurance documentation while responding to email queries and updates. You'll track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs to maintain operational efficiency.

What you'll be working on:


-Interpreting and validating client's needs

-Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues

-Accurate data capture / entry

-Effectively communicate with clients and contractors

-Ensure internal and external service standards are met

-Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs

-Participate in system and staff development


What were looking for:


-Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)

-Proficiency in problem-solving

-Possesses excellent people skills

-Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite

-Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus.

-Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

-Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member

-Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.


Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard shift (7 PM- 4 AM)

Work Setup:

Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor of Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
