Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns. The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• With or without BPO experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Education: At least Senior High School Graduate or 2nd year college undergrad for Hs old curriculum
