- Customer Service Representative (CSR):
- Handling inbound customer service calls, including sales, collections, and technical support.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and taking ownership of resolving customer issues.
- Building rapport with customers and demonstrating a caring attitude.
- At least 18 years old
- At least a high school/senior high school graduate
- Good English communication & interaction skills
- No BPO Experience needed
- Amenable to shifting schedules
