Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide effective solutions to customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, excellent customer service skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a friendly attitude and willingness to learn
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capability to assist in back office support and sales pitching
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
