Hello! We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Newbies, Fresh Grads, and Tenured agents are welcome to apply.

Job responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email.
- De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers.
- Provide satisfactory solutions to customer complains.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and empathy towards customers.
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum)
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Willing to work on graveyard shift, shifting schedules, or even weekends and holidays.
