Role: Customer Service Administrative Support

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift


• Manage and process return requests and refunds, ensuring adherence to the 30-day money-back guarantee policy

• Submitting claims for lost or unshipped orders via 3PL

• Managing the returned orders within the 3PL

• Managing customer reviews and responding to them

• Reviewing on-hold orders for reseller abuse/fraud

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operational support, ideally in eCommerce or customer service

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Richpanel, or similar) and spreadsheets

• Basic understanding of refund, return, and shipping logistics.

• Fluency in English
