Account: Telco Account

Work Set-up: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting

Total Package: ₱19,000 – ₱24,000


Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns related to telecommunications services, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with billing, account, and service-related concerns
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions properly


Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior - High School Graduate
  • College Graduate or Undergraduate (any course)
  • With or without BPO work experience
  • Open to newbies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
