Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Open for undergraduates
• At least 3 years of working experience in customer service representative role
• Experience working with same industry is advantage
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
• Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Upselling and recommending products and services
• Responsible for responding with issues and manage escalations by coordinating Team Leads
• Collaborating with internal teams regarding with policies, products and services
