• With or without work experience
• With or without license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
• Can start ASAP

As a Customer Service Representative – Blended Account, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to medical and healthcare inquiries.
• Assist patients, clients, or healthcare providers with account information, benefits, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve key performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
