We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support. Your main role is to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product or service inquiries, billing concerns, account issues, or order status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about products, services, or promotions.
• Document customer interactions in the system according to company procedures.
• Work with internal teams to follow up on unresolved cases.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics (e.g., quality, handling time, customer satisfaction).
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) ALS, Senior High, or College Level/Graduate are also welcome
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Willing to be trained – no BPO experience required
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu
