- Logistics Operations Experience: Solid understanding of warehouse, delivery, pickup and return processes
- Excel Proficiency: Ability to create reports, analyze data, and use formulas for monitoring performance
- Monitoring & Follow-up: Strong capability to design tracking systems, monitor compliance, and ensure timely corrective actions
- Problem Identification: Sharp analytical skills to detect operational issues and propose effective solutions
- Claims Investigation: Experience in handling lost and damaged parcel claims, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing reports
- Customer Service Orientation: Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction through resolution of quality issues
