Job Overview – Non-Voice Customer Service Representative


As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle customer concerns via chat and/or email (no calls)
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses
  • Resolve customer issues using strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Follow account-specific guidelines and workflows
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Work closely with a supportive team and approachable leaders


Who Can Apply

  • At least 18 months International BPO Experience (required)
  • Experience in Non-Voice, Chat, or Email support is a strong advantage
  • Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran, Bohol
