Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Process orders, payments, and refunds.
• Assist with product and service support.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Communicate clearly and follow company guidelines.
• Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution.
• Meet performance and quality metrics.
• Gather and relay customer feedback.
