  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to mobile services (billing, plans, technical issues, SIM activation, etc.).
  • Provide step-by-step troubleshooting for mobile device and network concerns.
  • Assist customers with account updates, plan changes, and service requests.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules and deliver consistent performance across different shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
