Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge of products and services.
- Achieve performance metrics and targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and resilient individuals with a strong desire to help others.
- Additional Reqs: NBI, and SSS Number available before Training
