Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma required
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language and excellent customer service skills
